1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Online Notary Course for California, operated by Pacific State Corporation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of our website at onlinenotarycourse.com and all related services, courses, and features (collectively, the "Services").
2. Eligibility
To use our Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age (the minimum age to become a California Notary Public)
- Be a legal resident of the State of California or have a legitimate need for California notary education
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
Our courses are designed for individuals seeking California notary public education as required by the California Secretary of State.
3. Course Enrollment and Access
Enrollment
Upon payment and registration, you will receive access to the course you selected. You are responsible for providing a valid email address to receive your Certificate of Completion.
Course Access
Course access is provided on a self-paced basis, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You may come and go as you like. Your progress is saved automatically. There is no time limit to complete the course after enrollment.
Certificate of Completion
Upon successfully completing the course, your Certificate of Completion will be emailed to the address on file the same day. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address. We are not responsible for certificates that cannot be delivered due to incorrect email addresses or spam filters.

4. Payments and Fees
Course fees are as follows:
- 6-Hour New Notary Course: $25.00 (one-time fee)
- 3-Hour Renewal Course: $25.00 (one-time fee)
All fees are in U.S. dollars. Payment is required at the time of enrollment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a full refund within 30 days of enrollment provided you have not yet downloaded or received your Certificate of Completion. Once a Certificate of Completion has been issued and emailed, no refund will be provided, as the educational service has been fully rendered.

6. Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, text, graphics, logos, and software on this website are the property of Online Notary Course for California / Pacific State Corporation and are protected by U.S. copyright law and international treaties.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any course content
- Share your login credentials with others
- Use course materials for commercial purposes
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
7. Educational Disclaimer
Completion of our course does not guarantee passage of the California state notary exam. Exam scheduling, application, and commissioning are handled by the California Secretary of State's office, which is independent of our company.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Online Notary Course for California and Pacific State Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable course.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California.
